We at Westside Blinds and Shutters stand behind the products we sell by passing on the supplier warranties for each
product as well as offering a two year warranty on our installation.
Supplier warranty is subject to the following conditions:
The warranty is limited to repairs or replacement of the defective blind or it’s components.
Westside Blinds and Shutters reserves the right to replace components and materials with updated components and
materials.
Westside Blinds and Shutters reserves the right to remove product/s from an installation site for the purposes of
rectification.
This warranty is only valid when the blinds have been paid for in full.
Westside Blinds and Shutters shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, arising directly or indirectly from the use of its products.
This document supersedes all previous warranties.
2 year warranty on our installation:
Westside Blinds and Shutters warrants to the original purchaser for a period of two years that the product is free from defects in workmanship under normal use and as long as the product remains in the original window.
Conditions of sale:
1. This is a binding contract between the “Customer” (as stated above) and the “Retailer” (Westside Blinds and
Shutters).
2. This quotation is valid for 30 days.
3. Payment of the balance is required on the day of installation.
4. All blinds are made square and no responsibility can be taken for “out of square” windows.
5. Installation of blinds over three metres in height are subject to additional charges.
6. All deposits including lay-by payments are non-refundable.
7. Westside Blinds and Shutters reserves the right to make any variations to the quoted price, the order and the
price arising from errors or omissions in quantities and/or measurements.
8. Colour and weave may vary slightly from samples, exact colour match may not always be possible.
9. Westside Blinds and Shutters is not responsible for the removal of existing window furnishings, a charge will
apply if we or our contracted installers are required to remove existing window furnishings.
10. Every effort is made to complete the contract in the estimated time; however no responsibility can be taken for
delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
11. The title of goods remains with Westside Blinds and Shutters until full payment is made. All costs associated with
debt collection for nonpayment to be paid by the customer.
12. While fabrics may block out light, blinds may allow light to filter between slats and around the blind.
13. The supply of blinds is subject to availability at the time of order.

Regulations commencing on 1 January 2012 - Regulation 90 http/www.frli.gov.au
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a
replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
